Refund policy
Exchange or Store Credit Only
We have a 14-day exchange or store credit policy, which means you have fourteen (14) days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide proof of purchase.
To start a return contact us at customerservice@hottagz.net. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted. HoTTagz is not responsible for shipping charges for orders that need to be returned.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. HoTTagz has the right to refuse any returns not meeting requirements.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
